To file an Emergency Work Notification (EWN) only during this system outage, a Licensed Master Plumber (LMP), Licensed Master Fire Suppression Piping Contractor (FSC) or Licensed Oil Burner Equipment Installers (OBI) may submit an EWN to the LAA Unit by email to DOBEWN@buildings.nyc.gov. The email should include: 1) Address of the emergency 2) Licensee’s name and license number 3) A brief description of the emergency condition and the associated proposed work to repair.
